The Sullivan Story began in 1987 when we purchased our home as parents of two young children. Even though we hired both a home inspector as well as a termite inspector, after we closed we found that our home was infested with termites.
Not a pleasant experience.
I immediately saw an opportunity that I felt I could provide better service in the real estate sales industry. Shortly, thereafter, I acquired my license and started a real estate career. I was soon promoted to a Director of Sales for a prestigious resort destination. From there, I tried a short stint with a franchise real estate company. I had learned to listen, follow-up on details and be reliable. I decided to get my brokerage license and open my own company. I never looked back.
So here I am, 23 years later, a recipient of the Annual Master Award; awarded to the top 5% of REALTORS in Eastern Connecticut. I have met many wonderful clients over the years and love to help buyers purchase their dream homes or sell their home of many memories. My experiences have really made me the Realtor I am today. I serve my clients the way we wanted to be when we were selling our home.
